I currently serve as the Regional Ambassador for Luxury in the Southeast Region at KWRI and having been part of Luxury Pro since its inception. Many in the industry may know my business partner, Liza Hach, co-owner of The Hach Group at Keller Williams Nashville Music City and CEO of a Market Center in Salt Lake City.
My real estate journey began in 1982 while I was still at the University of Tennessee. A fraternity brother and I purchased and developed two investment properties in Knoxville for the 1982 World’s Fair. While the projects were both rewarding and profitable, my professional path took a different turn after earning my Bachelor of Science in Business that same year.
I launched an event management company in Nashville immediately after graduation, and in 1984, at the request of a corporate client, opened Hachland Hill Vineyard Corporate Retreat—still a thriving destination today. After nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, I returned to my first passion, joining Keller Williams Realty in 2002. As a fourth-generation Nashville native, I’ve combined deep local knowledge with an extensive professional network to become one of the top-producing agents in Middle Tennessee, consistently ranking in the top 2% for sales.
My wife and I, married since 1990, have three children. Joseph, our oldest, is a Montgomery Bell Academy and Vanderbilt University graduate. Carter, our second son, graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of Mississippi and is Executive Chef at Hachland Hill mentioned above Carter also consults for restaurant groups across the Southeast. Our youngest, Liza, is a graduate of Harpeth Hall and Bellarmine University.
