I m Connie Sims. With over 24 years of experience in the Colorado real estate market, my team and I are a team you can trust to handle the most delicate real estate transactions. We are experienced, honest, and committed to our clients, and they often comment on our professionalism and our vast knowledge of the area market. We specialize in residential homes, ranch properties, vacation homes, and land sales in El Paso, Teller, and Park counties. Our combined past business experience has allowed us to come together and assist a range of clients with their real estate needs. I earned my degree in Interior Design, and used to manage a design studio for residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet and exceed our clients needs. From executive mountain homes to golf course properties and ranches to bed and breakfasts, not to mention residential homes, we know what it takes to get the job done. And when we re not busy helping our clients find the home of their dreams, you can find us volunteering for Help the Needy or interacting with other members of the following organizations to which we belong: Ute Pass Kiwanis, Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Ute Pass Symphony Guild.
