Caroline Huo

Caroline Huo co-leads the KW Luxury Division for Keller Williams Realty International and serves as the Director of Professional Development. She is the founder of The Caroline K. Huo Group, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where they have represented over $1 billion in closed sales for their clients.
An investor in several Market Centers, Caroline has also served as the IALC Representative for the Northern California and Hawaii Region. She has contributed to KWRI as an R2G2 Growth Advisor and supported various leadership initiatives. Among her proudest honors is receiving the Eagle Award, the highest recognition in Keller Williams Realty International, presented by her Region.

Before joining Keller Williams, she ranked in the top 1–3% of NRT/Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, was named to the International President’s Elite, and was a Top 100 Coldwell Banker San Francisco Peninsula agent for three consecutive years.
At Keller Williams, Caroline has been named one of RealTrends’ Top 1,000 Individual Agents, and her team has consistently ranked among RealTrends’ Top Teams in California. Currently, The Caroline K. Huo Group is in the Top 1% of the KW Northern California and Hawaii Region and has earned the Quadruple Platinum Award in consecutive years.
Caroline’s passion for real estate began early. In 1993, she joined Prudential Preferred Financial Services, later transitioning to a leading Bay Area IT consulting firm, working with clients such as Visa International, Franklin Templeton, and Adobe Systems. After the birth of her first child, she launched ImagineUs! LLC, an award-winning line of children’s products featured in Toys R Us, Babies R Us, eToys, and The Right Start. As Co-Founder and CEO, she led the company to national recognition with features in Parenting Magazine and CBS This Morning, earning multiple design awards.

This entrepreneurial journey honed Caroline’s business acumen, marketing expertise, and client-first mindset, laying the foundation for her real estate success. Today, her team combines deep market knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships throughout each transaction.
