DELIVERY MAY APPLY - (New Special Conditions Language as of March 2022) All parties agree that the Charterer shall pay to reposition the yacht for this charter. This delivery fee will be XXXX gallons and will be estimated at the current fuel price, 30 days prior to the charter. This payment will be due with the final charter payment.
