DELIVERY MAY APPLY - (New Special Conditions Language as of March 2022) All parties agree that the Charterer shall pay to reposition the yacht for this charter. This delivery fee will be XXXX gallons and will be estimated at the current fuel price, 30 days prior to the charter. This payment will be due with the final charter payment. Should the yacht secure another charter within 4 days of this booking, out of the same port, the amount will be split between the charters and the credit will be added to the Charterers APA account. 1800 Gallons Roundtrip to Nassau Christmas/ New Years - 10 night minimum OR for one week over either holiday please add 15% ** EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2022 - 10% VAT will need to be quoted for all Bahamas charters in addition to the 4% Charter Tax **
