This well-kept, detached house in Son Espanyol offers plenty of peace, space and a pleasant living atmosphere. It is particularly suitable for families, couples or people who want to live and work in Mallorca for a certain period of time. Pets are also welcome.

The living area is approx. 150 m² and is spread over two floors. There are three bedrooms in total. One of them is ideal as an office or study, which also makes the house attractive for home offices. Two bathrooms with showers and an additional guest WC ensure comfort in everyday life.

The living and dining area is open-plan, bright and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped. Hot and cold air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Outside, a spacious terrace and a covered veranda invite you to spend time outdoors. Whether dining together, relaxing afternoons or barbecues, there is plenty of space for family and children. A storage room offers additional storage space, for example for bicycles or sports equipment.

The house is rented furnished. A garage is included in the rental price. The property is suitable for a maximum of four people. Children and pets are expressly permitted, which makes the house particularly family-friendly.
