Among the artworks present are sculptures by the artist Pietro Cascella and external architectural details. The villa is ideal for sports enthusiasts such as sailing, windsurfing, tennis, padel, golf, and diving, all easily accessible.
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with Smart TVs, and served by ultra-fast Wi-Fi. The large living area is enriched with very refined Italian design furniture, making the spaces comfortable and pleasant to live in. The bright and welcoming interiors offer a constant view of the sea of the Costa Smeralda. Unique for its space, location, and craftsmanship, the villa features a fantastic outdoor living area with breathtaking sea views. The highlight is the pool, reconstructed in 2021, surrounded by Orosei marble flooring that forms the solarium.
The villa offers four double bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, set in granite rock, is spacious and well-equipped. The large and refined living area allows access to terraces furnished with comfortable tables for delightful lunches and dinners, as well as other outdoor areas around the villa and covered terraces. Below the pool level, there is an annex with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a characteristic masonry living area with a sofa for two additional beds.
