The space
Each bedroom has a unique and different decoration, so you can choose the one you like best. Also, there are wardrobes in each bedroom to store your luggage, everything will be organized so that harmony accompanies you inside and outside the house. The shutters guarantee darkness for a completely restful sleep. During the day, the views of the mountains, forests, and green meadows are a pleasure for the eyes, not to mention the birdsong and the sound of the Espinaréu river, which is music to the ears.

The bathroom on the first floor has a double shower and double sink, to share as a couple and reduce waiting time. In the downstairs bathroom, you will find the large-capacity washing machine, in case you prefer to travel light. There are two clotheslines, one on the porch and a foldable one, as well as an iron and ironing board, although if you prefer, in the town of Infiesto there is a laundry and a self-service laundry. You have a gel and shampoo dispenser, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you will share everything with the family thanks to the open space of the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which is equipped with appliances and everything you need to cook, as well as space to store your groceries.

On the outdoor porch, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, shelter from rainy days without losing the smell of wet grass, and enjoy summer afternoons. In summer, you can open the glass door at the entrance and extend the open space of the living-dining room towards the outdoor area. The entire house has propane central heating and a digital thermostat to control the temperature, ensuring comfort all day long.

There are several areas to park several cars within the property, and there is still a garden and orchard to enjoy outdoors.

Surroundings
The house is in a small Asturian village, close to the Espinaréu river where, in the right months, you can fish for trout and cool off.
The most convenient way to get around is by car, as you have parking on the property itself and you are close to places of interest in Asturias and Cantabria.
You can also travel by bus to the town of Infiesto, the stop is a few meters from the house, and from there use the train to travel around Asturias.
Another way to get around is by bicycle, taking advantage of the hiking routes in the area and the Espinaréu riverbed.
