Villa Noelle

Situated at a privileged plot of land that affords glorious views of the Aegean, villa Noelle is an elegant 250sq.m. four bedroom residence that perfectly captures the island’s timeless panache. The structure, a stone-clad slab designed to have minimal impact on the landscape, spans two levels that open to terraces equipped with all the open-air living essentials: there are pergola shaded lounge and dining spaces and a gorgeous infinity pool, all oriented toward the seascape. The residence is part of a 3-house complex and it is configured in such a way that it feels private and completely open to the glorious landscape at the same time.

Moving inwards, the house’s ultra-chic minimal aesthetics called for swathes of empty space and a white-on-white palette sometimes interrupted by dark hues that further highlight the absence of color. A few details in wood and wicker are used to add warmth to the rooms and convey a natural feel. The result is a bundle of blissfully clutter-free spaces that have an immediate soothing effect on both the eye and the soul. Throughout the house, tall windows and glass doors capture the scenery and invite the sunlight in. Hidden lighting is used to set the mood after the sun goes down. The living room is outfitted with handpicked signature pieces that serve both a functional and a decorative purpose. In the same concept, the bedrooms are minimally decorated with statement lighting fixtures and a designer piece here and there to convey a knack for design without creating a distraction from the house’s tranquil vibe. There is one en-suite bedroom at the ground level and three more at the lower level, each with its own bathroom.
