The 86 m² living area includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room and dining room.

Le Mas has 5 bedrooms, including 4 in the main house (3 upstairs and 1 on the first floor) and 1 bedroom in an independent outbuilding, all designed to combine comfort, privacy and practicality:

Please note: A road not far from the villa (limited to 80 mph) is busy in summer. Even though there’s a wall, vegetation, fountains and cigales in summer, you may hear cars.

Be careful with small children: there are no fences near the canal.
