Located approximately 19 kilometres from the centre of Marrakech, Villa Naya is set within a private 14,000 m² estate, in a peaceful and preserved setting overlooking the Atlas Mountains.

Offering nearly 1,300 m² of built space, this architect-designed villa is defined by a distinctly contemporary aesthetic, subtly enriched by references to Moroccan craftsmanship. Tadelakt, zellige, cedar wood and marble form a refined palette of materials that complements the property’s clean architectural lines and generous proportions.

Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, Villa Naya features 8 bedrooms arranged across separate areas of the property. The main residence comprises five bedrooms, including a master suite, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three duplex suites, located in an independent wing, provide an additional sense of privacy and are particularly well suited to guests seeking greater independence. Two foldable baby cots and two foldable children’s beds can also be provided upon request.

The reception areas have been conceived to maximise light, perspective and a natural flow between spaces. Expansive living rooms are complemented by a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a study, while a piano, fireplace and private cinema room lend the interiors an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting.

The villa’s wellness facilities further enhance the experience. The property features a 25-metre outdoor swimming pool, a lap pool that can be heated during the winter months, a hammam, a massage room and a fitness room, creating a selection of spaces dedicated to relaxation and well-being.

Outdoors, the architecture opens naturally onto expansive gardens dotted with olive trees and vegetation suited to the local climate. Several terraces, a rooftop, landscaped lawns and a dry garden create a succession of outdoor living spaces designed to make the most of Marrakech’s climate and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
