The suites are well set up. Wide. wardrobe on wood and fine workmanship. And bathroom with luxury accessories. There are two rooms on the ground floor. One with a queen size bed. And the other considered a studio, as it has a mini-kitchen.

On the first floor there are two beautiful suites with sea view. One with queen size bed and bunk bed. And the master suite with king size bed, and a beautiful office desk for moments of inspiration.

Another strong point of the house is that it has a generator set, in the event of a power outage. The water inlet of the house has a filter with zeolites and charcoal, to purify the water. The house also has a smoke detector and fire extinguishers. There is an anti-fungal system in the linen closet to protect the trousseau. And as a smart home, it captures and reuses rainwater.
