The villa is situated in a quiet location, high in the hills northwest of Lucca, with spectacular views over the surrounding scenery. A very well-maintained garden encircles the house and a large centuries-old oak tree provides a shady area, perfect for ’al fresco’ meals. The estate also includes a phenomenal swimming pool, from which guests can enjoy a gorgeous view of the rolling hills below, and an olive tree grove, which produces fine organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil under its own label.

The class of this historic estate, along with its modern comforts, ensure a wonderful stay for all guests. The estate includes a well-equipped kitchen in both the main house and the guesthouse. Wi-fi internet connection is available in both homes on the estate, and a computer is at clients’ disposal in the guesthouse.

The estate can host up to 13 guests, eight guests in the main house and five guests in the guesthouse. There are four twin/double bedrooms in the main house, and two twin/double bedrooms and a single bedroom in the guesthouse, all with en-suite bathrooms. The estate also provides comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces in both houses.
