Ideally located in the heart of the Three Valleys ski area (Courchevel / Meribel / Val Thorens / Les Menuires), at the entrance to the popular village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, the 200m2 chalet can accommodate 12 people. It has 4 double bedrooms + 1 dormitory (2 bunk beds) with 5 bathrooms and 1 hammam.

A large, cosy living/dining room with fireplace, 2 balconies and a corner terrace, plus a fully-equipped kitchen complete the space.

A ski room and laundry room are also available on the first floor.

Access to the Chalet :
20 mn drive from Moutiers train station, 1h from Chambéry, 1h30 from Geneva airport. Two parking spaces are available alongside the chalet.

Slope access:
They’re a 4-minute walk from the chalet, or a 2-minute drive if you’re a large family, especially with small children. The same applies to local shops.

The chalet comprises 3 levels:

GROUND FLOOR:

Entrance, Ski Room, guest wc, double bedroom with shower, large dormitory with shower, under-stair cupboards (linen and cleaning products, small electrical and DIY equipment).

1st floor:
65m² open-plan with 2 balconies and small corner terrace
Kitchen, sitting area with video projector, dining area for 10/12, glass staircase.

2nd floor:
2 Double bedrooms with shower on valley side + balcony, separate toilet on landing,
1 large village-side double bedroom with bath, hammam shower and removable video screen, with village-side balcony.
