The house has 4 spacious suites, all air-conditioned with cable TV and access to the house’s balcony.
The suites are organized into:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 2 armchairs, closet, and bathroom
Suite 2: 1 double bed, desk, closet, and bathroom
Suite 3: 1 double bed, desk, closet, and bathroom
Suite 4: 2 single beds and bathroom

Its large balcony has a spectacular view of the area from the vast forest region to the sea and has a barbecue and deck with a sofa, dining table, and a swimming pool.

The area delights in its local cuisine, beautiful beaches, and breathtaking trails that will certainly give an excellent experience and beautiful memories of the place.

Staff:
The house has 2 employees:
- Housekeeper: takes care of the garden, pool, and all the outside of the house;
- Cleaning lady: Cleans the house and makes meals.

Each employee charges 100 reais per day, which is not included in the lease.
