A barbecue with a nice pergola close to the swimming pool is ideal for hosting family and friends, and a soccer table for the younger members. There is a small Romanic church right beside the villa and a wood oven for homemade pizza baking.
Furnished with an original and contemporary/classic and fresh style the villa is composed as follows:

The main house has a total of 3 double suites with ensuite bathrooms, one may also be made into a twin room upon request.
Kitchen, living room and dining room. Tower with TV room.
Guest House with its own private entrance, composed of 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, TV and a kitchen.
Double suite (or twin beds) with bathroom and independent entrance with a small kitchenette.
Wide banquet hall suited for gathering up to 50 people.
Spacious garden with swimming pool, external shower, loungers and shades. At the guests request, the church may be used for small ceremonies and weddings.

• Every day 4 hr. cleaning service (except Sundays)
• On a daily basis the maid provides fresh bread, croissants and focaccia, lays the table and cleans the kitchen after breakfast. Coffee, milk and other food for breakfast are not provided. This service is not available on Sundays.
