The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to eight people, featuring five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living-dining room is a unique space with large windows. It includes a fully equipped open kitchen, a large sofa, a dining table suitable for ten diners, and a large-format Smart TV.

The apartment has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, using only the highest quality materials and finishes. The interior design has been thoughtfully executed to combine lighter colors with the warmth of different wood and earth tones.

The bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes with lighting, a 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds with provided bedding, a Smart TV, two bedside tables, and rugs. Everything has been designed with guest comfort in mind. In the bathrooms, ceiling lighting has been combined with perimeter lighting, adding a sophisticated touch to the decor. The water pressure and temperature control knobs are electronic.

Additionally, the apartment includes a toilet in the laundry area, which is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. High-speed WIFI is included in the rent. Heating is supplied by city gas, and the room temperature can be independently regulated in each room.

A weekly cleaning service can be arranged for an additional charge. Furthermore, there is an option to contract various additional services according to the guest’s needs.
