The kitchen of the house is next to the living room, and despite being compact, it is complete. Two refrigerators, a cellar, appliances, furniture and an excellent space for cooking. Its dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

From the house to the sea it is only a few minutes’ walk. The condominium has tennis courts, soccer field, beach tennis, sports court and a bike path that runs along the entire length of the beach.
