From practically all points in the social areas, it is possible to see the nature and wealth of Búzios.

The kitchen is open to the living room from sliding glass windows and contains quality equipment, an island with a stove and sink, and a circulation area with space for cooking at will.

Right next to the kitchen, being accessed directly from the living area, is the house’s barbecue, installed on the balcony that gives access to the lower floor of the pool.

On the lower balcony is the refreshing swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck with covered seating area and sun loungers outdoors.

There are 5 suites with total comfort, air-conditioned, with cozy beds for 2 people, complete bathrooms and panoramic windows that allow not only the wonderful sea breeze and natural light to enter, but also guarantee fabulous views of the city and the entire coastline.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
