Ang004 Splendid Island With 9 Suites In Angra

This splendid island is in the heart of Angra dos Reis and is bathed in sunlight for most of the day: a haven of peace and tranquility for all those who wish to enjoy nature, its beautiful mountain landscapes and its vast vibrant ocean area.

The island is 20 minutes from the marina and has a large garden with stone paths to move between the various dependencies of the island. There are are the two houses, the 2 piers for mooring boats and yachts from 30 to 60 feet, 1 helipad, 1 garage for motorboats and a private beach with a large wooden deck and tables with large umbrellas.

The two houses on the island each has a unique design, both houses have beautiful air-conditioned suites for up to 20 people, living rooms with custom furniture and TV’s with sound systems, dining rooms with tables for up to 8 people, planned kitchens and equipped for the preparation of meals, wonderful swimming pools in each of the houses, all with incredible ocean views of the area, as well as two jacuzzis and a shared sauna.

In their respective external areas, each of the houses has a living room on the verandas with a splendid view of the mainland mountains; 2 barbecue grills with an oven for preparing pizzas and dining tables for meals.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED , TO BE PAID SEPARATELY.

Housekeeper: 150 to 250 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, available to do shopping at the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 250 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does general maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepares meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 250 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
Security: R$1.000 per day
