Aston Martin has leveled the playing field with Bentley, Porsche, and Pininfarina with their entry into the world of high-end real estate. Located in Miami, the uniquely-shaped state-of-the-art skyscraper has 66 floors and features studios, one- to five-bedroom apartments, and penthouses. Top-tier condos come with a DBX SUV or a DB11 grand tourer, while the penthouse triplex includes a Vulcan.
When the project finishes, there will be 391 apartments in total and the building will count as the tallest residential structure south of New York City.
Due to complete this year, the boutique carmaker gave wealthy buyers and investors a taster in 2021, unveiling seven sprawling penthouses – the “Signature Collection” – and the $50,000,000 triplex penthouse.
