Inside March’s Most-Wanted Properties: Heritage Assets and Coastal Estates Lead Demand

JamesEdition’s March data tracks which new listings converted attention into action.

France leads on volume, placing three listings in the top ten. Greece delivers the strongest single-asset performance, with Heliophos Estate in Corfu generating the highest demand per listing in March.

Heritage assets account for the majority of high-performing properties. Estates, châteaux, historic residences and private islands comprise six of the ten, while only two entries fall within modern urban luxury, including Dubai and Palm Beach.

Pricing shows limited correlation with inquiry volume. The €25M Corfu estate outperforms ultra-prime listings, including the Panama island and the Dubai penthouse. Mid-market assets in Italy and France match or exceed significantly higher-priced properties, with performance concentrated among architecturally and geographically distinctive listings.
