The equestrian farm is located on a flat plot of about 2.5 hectares and consists of:

The historic building was first restored in 1865 and was a former feudal lord’s building of Palazzo Albergati, evident from the large windows, high ceilings, and wooden support beams.

Maintenance work has always been carried out, notably the facade was renewed in 2015 (with coconut insulation) and the roof in 2019 (with sandwich panels for insulation).

The living area is approximately 135 m² and on the ground floor includes: living room, eat-in kitchen, rear entrance area (office), bathroom, storage room.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with a gallery and 2 bedrooms (one very large), laundry and ironing room, and a large bathroom.

From the gallery, another wooden staircase leads to the beautiful attic of about 80 m² with livable height. There is a pellet stove here; the rest of the apartment is heated by a central heating system using liquid gas. The kitchen also has a wood-burning stove that heats the radiators.
