Design & Architecture
The layout and design of The Quarry were created by the developers in collaboration with architect Henk Bolivar (Bo Architectura) and Belgian engineering firm ILB. The concept centers on seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living. A defining feature is the fully retractable sliding façade, merging indoor and outdoor spaces into one continuous living environment.

Architect Henk Bolivar broke with traditional Caribbean architecture and placed the focus entirely on ultimate luxury. For the first time, not only the penthouse but also each ground-level villa apartment comes with its own private pool.

Layout
Through the stately entrance, the central hall of the apartment is reached. From the moment you step inside, your eyes are drawn to the lush green of the golf course and the deep blue ocean.

On both the left and right sides are two spacious guest bedrooms, each with fully equipped bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and elegant smoked oak headboards.

The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality, mostly built-in sanitaryware, including Duravit shower toilets (for a paperless, hygienic and comfortable experience), thermostatic brushed black chrome fixtures, rain and hand showers, and illuminated mirrors.

The hall also gives access to a guest toilet and flows into the expansive living area, which includes a stunning open kitchen with island.

A Samsung Family Hub refrigerator and a Quooker CUBE tap (providing boiling water as well as filtered still and sparkling water) complete the high-end kitchen experience.

Next to the kitchen, the pantry/laundry is fully fitted with cabinetry and connections for washer and dryer, and includes a worktop with sink.
