West Village Wonderful!

This 1869 Greenwich Village townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths is owned by my colleague. Here’s her description:

There are 3 things the photos don’t show, The first is the luminous light throughout the entire house. This is due to the combination of several unique architectural features including 2 skylights, oversized windows on the parlor floor, glass backdoors as well as a conscious decision not to add a stoop. In 33+ years of selling townhouses, I’ve never seen one with better light.

The next plus is the karma, which time and again has proven to be magical. No wonder the house has been the site of many weddings, tons of holiday celebrations, (Halloween in Greenwich Village is special) and too many backyard cookouts to count, not to mention the site of photoshoots and movies.

Last but hardly least, Charles Street is an A+++location. At the end of the day, location is what counts in real estate.
