In 1989, Anne Erwin retired and entrusted ownership to Eileen Roberts, who successfully maintained the tradition of service excellence while growing the company in size and scope. In November 2006, Anne Erwin Real Estate officially became Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty, with a renewed franchise agreement with what has become the world’s most prestigious real estate network, Sotheby’s International Realty.
In April of 2010, Linda Briggs became the proud owner of Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty, following many years with a successful track record at the firm.
