It is the family estate, where the owner grew up, inherited in 2003 and completely renovated in 2005, using it as a hospitality facility and summer residence, but also perfect for winter use. The farmhouse dominates the countryside from a breezy hill, where the sea breeze arrives in the late afternoon. A sculpture by Mauro Staccioli, ”Anello”, was placed on the edge of the property. The artist is in fact famous for having posed some geometric figures in the most evocative points of the Tuscan countryside.

The farmhouse is a stone structure of a single body on two levels, divided as follows:

The manor house, which extends over both floors and consists of a kitchen, living room, and half-bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. If desired, the residence can be easily expanded by adding one of the six tourist apartments.
There are six guest apartments, all with two kitchen and bathroom rooms. Two are 70 square meters and four are approximately 60 square meters.
