Independent ground/sky house in one of the most unique and particular urban areas of the city of Verona, a few steps from the Roman Theater. An exclusive residence on three levels in harmony with the surrounding urban context, located on the slope of the Torricelle. In collaboration with the architecture studio XZlab of San Martino Buon Albergo, a project was developed that represents a new way of living in the city, reinterpreting the dialogue between nature and architecture in a contemporary key.
It stands out for the presence of a patio and a winter garden, which define the spaces with a sophisticated elegance through a game of subtractions of volumes of the original building.
In this way, the house gains a small green oasis and the rooms benefit from the double exposure, towards the outside and on the light well. The large terrace on the first floor offers an enchanting view of the lush Veronese hills.
Careful planning has allowed complete independence and privacy, both in access and in the exclusive green spaces. A home designed to combine elegance, comfort and innovation.
