Vasilikos (Zakynthos) Villa

A complex of two beautiful, country-style, independent stone houses (villas) on a shared plot of 600sqm; the Tower and the Country House. The residences are built entirely out of local stone and wood, giving a warm and ‘homy’ feeling and each has a private pool. The Tower

The house is fully equipped for the winter, as there is a heating system all around the house as well as two heating fireplaces, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor bedroom.

The Country House

The Country House is a 100 sqm residence build on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an open plan, cosy living area with and adjoining fully equipped kitchen (gas operated). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with a great sea view. Outside, there is a large patio in the front and the entire area is covered with stone. At the side of the house, there is a barbecue and a wood-fired oven. The pool is L4m. x W2.5m. The house is fully equipped for the winter, as there is a heating system all around the house as well as two fireplaces, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor bedroom.

The Storage Annex

There is a 28 sqm building that currently is split in two separate spaces. One space is used as storage and the other space hosts the sauna together with a bathroom. This building can be transformed to a small house, giving more additional living space to the property.

Rental Potential

Since 2022, the properties have shown strong rental appeal. The Location

Vasilikos is probably the nicest area of the island. Located on the south-eastern part of the island, a countryside full of pine forests, olive groves, mountains, and wildlife. The countryside is coupled with long, sandy beaches, including the Gerakas beach, where the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, the most important nesting beach for the sea turtle Caretta Caretta. The properties are just 2 minutes walk from the village of Vasilikos, which is small and quiet. There are just a few small hotels and rented rooms. There is a variety of nice restaurants, tavernas and coffee shops/bars around, many of those in walking distance from the properties.
