The location offers panoramic views and is strategically positioned between the Monte Subasio Park and the Colfiorito Park, just a stone’s throw from Foligno.
The agriturismo has been created from a beautifully restored farmhouse of 450 square meters, set on nearly 9 hectares of land. Inside, it features a restaurant hall with 60 seats, a kitchen, and restrooms, along with four guest apartments, and a fifth one in a chalet located about 30 meters from the main building. The property includes a swimming pool, a children’s pool, and a hot tub, as well as a mini tourist railway that runs throughout the estate; among the activities offered are educational farm experiences and a deer breeding program.
