Carrer de Picasso sits within Vallgornera, a low-density residential enclave on the southern coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Llucmajor. This stretch of coastline is defined by its raw, undeveloped character: limestone cliffs, clear turquoise water, and an absence of the mass tourism infrastructure found further north. The area faces south across open sea toward the island of Cabrera, a protected national park, with uninterrupted views stretching from Cala Pi to Colonia de Sant Jordi.

Day-to-day essentials are a short drive away. Colonia de Sant Jordi, approximately 15 minutes east, offers supermarkets, restaurants, and a working harbour. Cala Pi, a few minutes west, has a small beach and seasonal dining. Llucmajor town, around 20 minutes north, provides a full range of services including weekly markets, banks, and medical facilities.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 45 minutes by car via the Ma-19 and Ma-6014 roads. Palma Airport, one of the busiest in Spain with direct connections to most major European cities and year-round flights to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Zurich, is roughly 40 minutes from Vallgornera. There is no direct public transport serving this coastal enclave, so a private vehicle is essential for daily use.
