Vallauris House

Vallauris – At the gates of Cannes, exceptional setting and great potential

Located in a highly sought-after residential area of Vallauris, very close to Cannes, this property enjoys a wooded, quiet, and preserved environment, offering a fully unobstructed view with complete privacy.

Situated below a steeply sloping plot, the existing house requires a full renovation, particularly due to damage caused by flooding.

Buyers have a real opportunity for transformation, with the possibility of demolition followed by the construction of an ultra-modern villa, subject to urban planning permissions.

A rare property due to its environment and prospects, ideal for an ambitious architectural project in a true haven of peace, just outside Cannes.
