Set in the private community of Silly Creek Estates, this luxury villa offers stunning views and a private lagoon-style beach. Sunset Close is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property featuring a bright white interior with interior with Caribbean accent colours and modern furnishings. The spacious open-plan living area includes 1,400 square feet of covered patios including outdoor dining space, all facing a fabulous view of Silly Creek. Just off your pool patio is a waterfront lounge deck and a small beach with sun recliners. Jump into the villa’s kayak or onto the paddle board and head out to explore the mangroves. Those who wish to avoid the mid-day sun can enjoy a movie in the theater room, some board games on the upstairs lanai, or a book or nap in a variety of inviting shaded areas. The two master bedroom suites offer king sized beds, walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms (separate shower and soaking tub). Each of the bedrooms features large sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor patios, one upstairs and one ground level, providing a beautiful view of the turquoise waters. A third bedroom also features a king-sized bed and sliding doors that open up to a patio facing Silly Creek. The fourth bedroom on the front of the house, second floor, faces the ocean and includes two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a comfortable king configuration. The fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar were designed with mornings in mind. Stay simple with just a coffee and the view, or create something amazing with the range of amenities such as the Nespresso machine, French press coffee maker, blender, juicer, waffle iron, and wine fridge. As evening approaches, turn up the BBQ and cook up an island-inspired seafood meal, relax in the outdoor hot tub, or chit-chat around the fire pit. Take in the vibrant Turks and Caicos sunset and then gaze at the stars above. As you’d expect in a luxury home, there’s modern technology to keep you entertained. In the air-conditioned theatre is a 60” Smart TV, DVD selection, and indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers. There’s a Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms, cable television, and Wi-Fi.
