The project was commissioned by the Armenian merchant Haggi Giorgio Aydinian to Ruggero Berlam, a famous architect from Trieste responsible for designing many of the city’s most renowned palaces.
The facade decoration reflects the neo-medieval style, making the Palazzo unique.
Current Status
After careful restoration of the facades and a complete seismic and technical upgrade, the two buildings will include 22 apartments, several parking spaces, cellars, and moped parking spots. The extensive work is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The energy certificate is in progress.
