Tricarico, a charming town in the province of Matera, a typical medieval village with a historic center that is among the most appreciated and in the best conditions in all of Basilicata.
In a dominant position, the building, recently opened to the public by FAI, overlooks the valley and a large terraced garden of 3,300 m2 is spread over four levels.

a) basic level (i.e. the one from which the property is accessed from the outside):

b) upper level: composed of: 72 m2 of habitable rooms;
