A Fairytale Château Overlooking the Pyrenees

EXCLUSIVE P&P

Set high on a peaceful hilltop in the Haute-Garonne, in the heart of Occitanie, this remarkable 18th-century château enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the Pyrenees and the surrounding countryside.

Built in 1786, just three years before the French Revolution, the château remained in the family of the Comte Du Pac until 1960. Over the years, its current owners have carefully restored the property, always with the desire to preserve the soul, authenticity and historic character of this exceptional place.

Their respectful approach to restoration can be felt throughout the château, where original parquet floors, marble fireplaces, elegant mouldings, beautiful woodwork and a magnificent oak staircase have been carefully preserved. In July 2026, the château’s entire roof was completely renewed, a major undertaking that contributes to the long-term preservation of this remarkable residence.

Today, the estate offers a rare combination of French heritage, romantic architecture and spectacular natural surroundings.

The property comprises approximately 2,240 sqm of buildings, including a 730 sqm château arranged over three floors and around 1,500 sqm of additional outbuildings.

Inside, large windows flood the rooms with natural light and frame wonderful views over the valley, gardens and surrounding landscape. The château offers 8 bedrooms, generous reception rooms, a library, a spacious kitchen and numerous additional spaces.

The estate also includes an independent caretaker’s house, an artist’s studio, a yoga room, a heated saltwater swimming pool and a handcrafted mosaic hammam.

But perhaps the true magic of this property lies outside.

Its four-hectare romantic park unfolds through a succession of enchanting atmospheres, combining French formal gardens, English-inspired landscaping, Mediterranean and exotic gardens, a greenhouse and a beautiful pond inhabited by koi carp and swans.

Here, nature and architecture seem to exist in perfect harmony, with the Pyrenees forming an extraordinary backdrop and an almost absolute sense of peace and silence.

Located just 10 minutes from local amenities, 40 minutes from a ski resort and approximately one hour from Toulouse and its international airport, this is a château where history, elegance and nature come together in an exceptional setting.

A property that feels less like a house and more like stepping into a French fairytale.

What we think: This castle is the result of a subtle blend of elegance, tradition and enchantment, with its various living areas and gardens offering atmospheres worthy of the greatest fairy tales. We invite you to come and discover the secrets it holds.
