Completely rebuilt following the storms of 2017,  Cliff House One offers spectacular views from every room, porch and deck—and there are five decks. The outdoor Shower in the master bedroom suite directly overlooks one of the most famous surfing breaks in the Caribbean at Apple Bay. The island of Jost Van Dyke, home to world famous Foxy’s and Soggy Dollar Bars, are just across the water in the distance.

A two-minute walk down the hill takes you to the village of Apple Bay. A tiny beach hotel, Sebastians, and several local restaurants throughout the village. Two minutes further down the road is a five star restaurant, Sugar Mill.

A two-minute walk over the hill is Long Bay and further along is the way is Smuggler’s Beach, one of the BVI’s best beaches. 

The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading onto the generous terrace. The master suite and ensuite master bathroom have been refurbished to the highest of standards. The Guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are equally spacious. Ceilings are high and finishes throughout are light, bright and airy. Beneath the main house is a fully equipped studio apartment. Very cozy and comfortable and very rentable!

This property has lots and lots of rental potential. Its location for surfers is second to none but it works equally well for those looking for a family beach vacation at the most popular West End of Tortola. This home is only a ten minute drive from the West End Ferry terminal so access from St Thomas is very easy and quick.
