THE BUILDING Palazzo Custoza is a typical and significant example of contemporary architecture. It was designed in 1962 by Italian architect Aimaro Isola, in collaboration with architect and urban planner Roberto Gabetti. The building, constructed in 1965, is referenced in several historical and systematic studies on international and national contemporary architecture. THE PROJECT On the first floor of Via Montevecchio 28, six apartments have been completely renovated in an elegant and functional way, as well as the entrance, which has been redesigned to be dramatic and welcoming, where light, materials, and proportions evoke the pleasant atmosphere of a boutique hotel.
