Introducing BALCO: A Seaside Haven of Tranquil Luxury in Phuket

BALCO, derived from the symbolic image of the balcony, transforms the concept into a luxurious seaside villa intricately connected to Phuket’s renowned Bang Tao beach. This exclusive project, comprising 35 luxury villas, aims to capture the essence of urbanization and modernism by providing residents with private balconies or terraces that serve as connecting bridges between personal space and communal living.

The architectural vision behind BALCO is to create a living experience where the sea breeze becomes an integral part of daily life, anchored from the foundation of the balcony. The project comprises two distinct luxury villa types – Luxury Type and Legacy Type. The Luxury Type features land areas starting from 240 square meters, offering a usable area of 490 square meters. Meanwhile, the Legacy Type boasts larger land areas starting from 332 square meters, also with a usable area of 490 square meters. Each villa is meticulously designed to meet the needs of a lifestyle that flows continuously and seamlessly, from sunbathing to active swimming and resting in a romantic bath.

Construction of BALCO is set to commence in the second quarter of 2024, bringing to life a vision of barefoot luxury in the heart of Bangtao within the prestigious ”Origin Resort World Phuket,” known as the luxurious hub in Phuket’s beach zone. Residents will have the opportunity to experience the tranquility of Bang Tao, renowned for its captivating sunsets and hailed as a Quiet Luxury Beach.
