The complex is complemented by numerous ancillary buildings that expand its potential: a residential unit in an advanced unfinished state, a large garage, and the characteristic “Bolognese-style” hay barn, subject to partial demolition and reconstruction, with wide porticoes and spaces originally intended as stable and granary. The property is completed by an independent double-height warehouse, a building once used as a laundry and farmworkers’ dwelling, now unfit for use but of great charm, as well as further minor rural structures, including pigsty and henhouse, which attest to the agricultural history of the courtyard.
