Designed by Habita Architects with interiors by Studio Chemistri, the villa rises across four levels connected by a private lift. The centrepiece is a grand double-volume living area framed by full-height glazing, where the sea view across the islands of Phang Nga Bay fills the room from floor to ceiling. A curved infinity pool wraps the main terrace; above it, a 118 sqm rooftop sky deck with a second lap pool opens to an unobstructed 180-degree panorama — sunrise over the bay in the morning, the islands silhouetted at dusk.
The lower level houses a private spa, sauna, and game room. Five bedrooms, each with its own bath and walk-in wardrobe, are finished in natural stone, hand-textured wall panels, and solid wood — materials selected to age well in a tropical climate rather than perform for a camera. A separate Thai kitchen sits alongside the main chef’s kitchen.
Owners have full access to Sri panwa’s six restaurants, wellness facilities, pool club, and private beach.
