MILCLAUS presents La Masía EL CINGLE in the village of Talamanca.

We introduce this magnificent medieval farmhouse of 1,031 m2, located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It has a ground floor, first floor, and attic. Among the annexed parts are the watchtower, the barn, and the sharecropping area. The oldest part serves as the house’s distribution center. The main entrance is preserved, featuring a large arch in the middle of the facade, highlighted by stones of various sizes.

GROUND FLOOR
Upon entering, there is a large outdoor table, and inside, a dining-kitchen area with large windows, designed in a cellar style. The kitchen is in excellent condition and offers a modern feel. This area includes a double bathroom and a very interesting space for business or family meetings. All of this opens to a charming outdoor area with access to the pool. The ground floor features beautiful arches preserved from the old 13th-century pens and cellars. One room stands out with a bread oven, currently used as a living room. There is also a billiard room with its table and another versatile room.

SECOND FLOOR
Above the ground floor is the living floor. The former pantries have been converted into bedrooms. One of these has access to the 17th-century watchtower on the north side, with a hipped roof. This main floor includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, large windows, and access to a north terrace that has a covered water well and also leads to the pool. The main living room is surrounded by five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There are four bathrooms in total, one shared between two bedrooms that open onto a beautiful terrace. One bedroom features a lovely fireplace and a functional en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has its own bathroom and access to a terrace with views of Montcau.

Outside, various spaces stand out. An uncovered area with a porch. On one side, it served as a production center and still retains some equipment used for oil production. Notable are the press and four large stone tanks, each carved from a single piece and well preserved. The oil mill remains and serves a decorative purpose.

The farmhouse has automated irrigation powered by two rainwater tanks, each with a 50 m3 capacity, and its own cistern in the house. The property is connected to the public potable water network.

THIRD FLOOR
Currently, it has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

And a surprise! In one bedroom, wooden stairs lead up to a dome with windows; an ideal space to experience all the possibilities of this wonderful and charming place. This is the access to the watchtower!

ANNEXES
Separate from the main house are the old caretaker’s house and the barn, dating from 1625. The construction covers 280 m2.

The farmhouse has oil heating with a 200-liter tank.
