DESCRIPTION

There are 7 rural houses distributed across four independent single-story buildings. These 4 buildings were old homes from the 1960s, carefully restored and converted—3 of them into 6 houses for rural tourism accommodation, and one into a single-family home.

The three buildings for rural accommodation follow the same pattern, each housing two independent homes: one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom.

The rural accommodation homes are divided into:
- Three houses with two double bedrooms en suite (private bathroom in each bedroom).
- Three houses with one double bedroom en suite.

All have their own fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, and private porch.

The design and architecture are bioclimatic, respecting the traditional construction of this area of Andalusia. The insulation of these rural houses is made with hemp and hydraulic lime in a cavity between the old interior walls and exterior walls made of slate stone from the Sierra de Los Filabres. The porches are finished with wooden beams.

Heating is provided by a modern solar thermal energy system, supported by biomass burning (olive pits) in a boiler. Hot water for consumption and sanitary use is obtained through solar energy installed on the roofs of the houses.

The gardens are planted with native species, including pine trees for shade, olive trees, and small organic vegetable gardens. One building (the single-family home) features a vertical garden.

There is an area with a summer kitchen with BBQ, a bar counter, and tables for guest use.

The natural swimming pool (220m2) was created over an old reservoir. The water used is recycled for garden irrigation. Next to the pool is a large solarium and a porch for shade.

The storage rooms, camouflaged in wooden constructions, house the laundry, storage, and firewood for the fireplaces.

The property is easily accessible from the National Road 340.

This rural accommodation enjoys great prestige and maintains very good occupancy almost all year round.
