The villa is located on the edge of a rocky ridge overgrown with pine trees, towering over, perhaps, the most famous place in Montenegro: the island and the town of Sveti Stefan. From all floors of the villa there are breathtaking views of Sveti Stefan, the city of Budva and its bay, the mountains of the Budva Riviera surrounding Budva. The villa is a 3-storey building with a total area of 1000 square meters.
