NO HOA. NO DUKE ENERGY 804 BUFFER. NO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW. NO CLUB MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. Lake Keowee Waterfront with COMPLETE FREEDOM. Want to park your Luxury RV? Build an overnight stable for horses to enjoy trail riding the Jocassee Gorges?... Possibilities that are unheard of on Lake Keowee. The Point at Keowee Vineyards A rare 1.23 acre Lake Keowee peninsula lot with approximately 325 feet of shoreline, a privately owned natural beach, and full ownership to the 800 foot contour. Located inside the gates of The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, but independent from the HOA, ARB, and club membership requirements, this property offers almost unheard of flexibility on Lake Keowee. Build a custom lakefront estate, create outdoor terraces and fire features, design a luxury RV retreat, or add a small stable for horses while you visit the lake and ride nearby in the Jocassee Gorges. A dock permit application has been approved, and sellers architectural plans can convey, giving the next owner a head start. The gentle slope, open water views, and private shoreline create an exceptional canvas for a lakefront retreat. Beyond the water, the property offers direct access to the Jim Timmerman Natural Resources Area at Jocassee Gorges, with hiking, horseback riding, trout fishing, hunting, and wildlife watching nearby. Horse Pasture Road leads to the Lake Jocassee rock wall overlook, one of the most dramatic views in the Upstate, and Lake Jocassee was recently named the country’s Best Swimming Lake by USA Today. Across the water, the nearby marina offers convenient access to fuel and a boat ramp. Freedom, privacy, shoreline ownership, and rare access to one of South Carolina’s most remarkable natural corridors.

Our agents work over the entire upstate but our physical office is nestled in beautiful Cleveland Park in downtown Greenville.
My husband and I first noticed this remarkable location soon after moving to Greenville in 1989. The building is a contemporary structure that literally spans a woodland stream flowing into the Reedy River. It was built in the 1970s by the Freeman & Major architecture firm.
We had our eyes on the building for years and when the architects retired and decided to sell it in 2017, we jumped at the chance to acquire such a treasure. After a few months up renovation and upfitting, we moved in in March 2018.
We invite all of our friends and clients to come and visit sometime. We love showing the building off. It is almost as unique as we are.
