NO HOA. NO DUKE ENERGY 804 BUFFER. NO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW. NO CLUB MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. TWO DOCK OPPORTUNITIES. Want to park your luxury RV?, or build an overnight stable for your trail horses to ride up into the near adjacent Jocassee Gorges nature Preserve? Endless possibilities unheard of on Lake Keowee... The Keowee Legacy Collection A rare combined offering of two adjoining Lake Keowee waterfront lots totaling 4.39 acres, approximately 725 feet of shoreline, a natural beach, a private cove, a natural waterfall, and full ownership to the 800 foot contour. Together, The Point at Keowee Vineyards and The Cove at Keowee Vineyards create a generational opportunity with a level of freedom almost never found on Lake Keowee. Located inside the gates of The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, but independent from the HOA, ARB, and mandatory club membership requirements, these properties offer privacy, scale, and flexibility in one of the most scenic areas of the lake. The Point features a 1.23 acre peninsula with approximately 325 feet of shoreline and a privately owned natural beach. The Cove adds 3.16 acres, approximately 400 feet of shoreline, a quiet protected cove, and a natural waterfall flowing toward the lake. Dock in place on Lot 3 and Lot 2 has Full Sized Dock approval. Septic tank in place and power meter installed. With 4.39 acres to work with, the possibilities are exceptional. Build a main residence, guest cottages, garages, outdoor living areas, a luxury RV retreat, or a private family compound, all without architectural review or community design restrictions. Architectural plans have already been prepared for both sites and may convey, giving the next owner a valuable head start. Beyond the shoreline, the property offers direct access to the Jim Timmerman Natural Resources Area at Jocassee Gorges, with hiking, horseback riding, trout fishing, hunting, and wildlife watching nearby. Horse Pasture Road leads to the Lake Jocassee rock wall overlook, one of the most dramatic views in the Upstate, and Lake Jocassee was recently named the country’s Best Swimming Lake by USA Today. Across the water, the nearby marina offers convenient access to fuel and a boat ramp while preserving the privacy and seclusion of the property. A private compound, family retreat, vacation rental portfolio, or legacy lakefront estate. The Keowee Legacy Collection offers acreage, shoreline ownership, privacy, and design freedom that are nearly impossible to duplicate on Lake Keowee.

Our agents work over the entire upstate but our physical office is nestled in
beautiful Cleveland Park in downtown Greenville.

My husband and I first noticed this remarkable location soon after moving to
Greenville in 1989. The building is a contemporary structure that literally
spans a woodland stream flowing into the Reedy River. It was built in the 1970s
by the Freeman & Major architecture firm.

We had our eyes on the building for years and when the architects retired and
decided to sell it in 2017, we jumped at the chance to acquire such a treasure.
After a few months up renovation and upfitting, we moved in in March 2018.

We invite all of our friends and clients to come and visit sometime. We love
showing the building off. It is almost as unique as we are.
