Spoleto, Rural Properties With Land

In the outskirts of Spoleto, a rural complex of approximately 40 hectares of land, including 11 hectares of arable land, 10 hectares of olive grove, 10 hectares of fruit trees, 0.5 hectares of vineyard, and 10 hectares of forest, featuring a beautiful pond. The property includes five existing buildings totaling about 1533 square meters, four of which require internal finishing, and one needs renovation. The property also includes 1700 cubic meters to be developed, primarily for the riding school - 1350 cubic meters - with the remainder allocated for the caretaker’s house. All buildings are situated within a stunning courtyard, grouped together like a village. There is already a project for a tourist accommodation center that includes lodging, a restaurant, a wellness center, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and other outdoor relaxation spaces, in addition to a riding school. The project has secured funding, part of which is a grant.
