Villa Old Course Saint Andrews In Soorts Hossegor

Birdie L’Agence presents the Saint Andrews villa, located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods of Hossegor.
Set on a rare plot of 2,500 m², this property features a private gate providing direct access to the canal and the lake. It also allows for walking to the ocean beaches as well as the town center.
Built in 1927, this residence offers approximately 279 m² of living space spread over two levels.
It includes 10 rooms, including 7 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living room of 69 m² opening onto the south-facing garden.
Its traditional Landes architecture retains the charm and style of the 1930s.
The entire property requires a complete renovation, thus offering the opportunity to completely rethink the property and create an exceptional residence.
The plot allows for the consideration of an extension project as well as the creation of a swimming pool in accordance with current urban planning regulations.
A rare property with high heritage potential, in an area where large plots with direct water access are becoming extremely confidential.
