Son Vida is Palma’s most established private residential enclave, occupying a pine-covered hillside roughly four kilometres northwest of the city centre. Gated and discreet, it has long been the address of choice for international buyers seeking privacy without distance from the capital. The urbanisation is defined by generous plot sizes, mature gardens, and a mix of mid-century villas and contemporary architecture, all set against panoramic views across Palma Bay and the Serra de Tramuntana.
