This rustic country house, built in 1999, offers a lot of space and plenty of room for visions and their realization. In the main house with 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a small living room, a slightly lower storage room, which could easily be converted into an atmospheric bodega. A wood-burning stove in the living area provides warmth in the cooler seasons.

Attached to the house is a typical Mallorcan water basin, which is used as a pool and further emphasizes the rustic character of this property. The large terrace has a brick barbecue and a bar, which is very sheltered under a huge olive tree.

Apart from the twittering of birds and the chirping of crickets, all you can hear is the quiet clucking of the hens, who reliably deliver eggs and scratch happily in the sand all day long.

Next to the main house is a small guest apartment with 1 bedroom, shower room and a living/dining area with kitchenette and fireplace.

At the rear of the large property is a rustic building of approx. 100 m², which can be used for agricultural equipment and/or as storage space.
